An important intervention by our communication agency of brand advisory for the Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore, one of the most representative of the city of Florence. An institutional brand with over 700 years of history that was joined by the Grande Museo del Duomo in Florence, a brand with a commercial soul and aimed primarily at a B2C market.
Today these two souls have been united in a single brand, Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore. A new identity representative of the large monumental complex consisting of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Brunelleschi’s Dome, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Baptistery of San Giovanni, Santa Reparata and the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo.
This also meant a new image. A more contemporary image thanks to the inclusion, in all its communication tools, of a marble-effect texture that recalls the majesty of this material predominant in monuments.
We designed a new website following a different approach. The goal was to allow users to virtually experience the timeless beauty of the monuments of the Opera Duomo Florence, thus anticipating the physical visit. An innovative design, a more conversion-oriented user experience and an engaging and mobile responsive navigation aimed at enhancing the experience of tours and products, including guided tours and experiences.
